The Adam Equipment HCB 1502 Highland portable conventional, or precision, balance has a capacity of 1500 g and an accuracy of 0.05 g (also called readability), and offers a two-second settling time for increased productivity. The balance can be operated using AC power, or with the integrated rechargeable battery for up to 24 hours for full mobility in the field and when a power supply is hard to find. This balance has an automatic internal calibration system and an overload protection that prevents damage to the weighing cell and balance if too-heavy samples are mistakenly used.
